Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Tuisma uses, retains, and deletes customer data for account-backed horoscope readings and related services.

Data used to provide the service

Tuisma may use your account email, customer name, saved horoscope profile details, birth details, selected focus area, optional question text, purchase records, and reading history to provide account, reading, delivery, support, and security functions.

Tuisma uses service providers to generate readings, host the service, store PDFs, process payments, and deliver email. Each provider receives only the information needed for the service it performs.

Accounts and saved profiles

Your registered account and saved profile details are not subject to the 90-day generated-reading retention period. They are retained while you keep the account or profile so that you can return to the service without recreating those details.

The current Tuisma saved-profile feature is for you, the registered account holder. Tuisma does not ask you to create saved profiles containing another person's name, birth details, or other personal data. Gift and third-party reading flows are not currently supported as saved profiles and require a separate privacy design before introduction.

You can export your customer data and you can delete your account through the account controls. Account deletion removes customer profile and reading content and anonymises retained operational records where the service must keep a limited record.

Generated readings and PDFs

Tuisma keeps each successfully generated reading and its stored PDF for 90 days from generation so that you have a meaningful period to revisit and download the reading you purchased.

After 90 days, Tuisma automatically deletes the generated reading content and stored PDF from its service. This does not delete your registered account or saved profile.

You can permanently delete an individual stored reading from your Tuisma account before the 90-day period ends.

Deleting a stored reading from Tuisma does not remove copies that you have already downloaded to your device or received in your email account.

Transaction, credit, and operational records

Limited purchase, payment, credit, email-delivery, security, and service records may be retained for longer where they remain necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, support, or operational purposes.

Those longer-lived records are kept separate from the 90-day generated-reading content lifecycle and are minimised or anonymised where appropriate.

Data protection framework

Tuisma is operated from Switzerland and is designed to handle personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additional mandatory local data-protection rights may apply depending on where you are located.

Acceptance of Tuisma terms or acknowledgement of this Privacy Notice is not treated as blanket consent to every use of personal data. Processing is tied to the purpose for which the data is needed and the applicable legal basis.

Email and delivery

Reading delivery is restricted to the verified account email where account-based flows are used.
