This notice explains how Tuisma uses, retains, and deletes customer data and limited third-party profile data for account-backed horoscope readings and related services.

Data used to provide the service

Tuisma may use your account email, customer name, saved horoscope profile details that describe you or another person, birth details, selected focus area, optional question text, purchase records, and reading history to provide account, reading, delivery, support, and security functions.

Tuisma uses service providers to generate readings, host the service, store PDFs, process payments, and deliver email. Each provider receives only the information needed for the service it performs.

Accounts and saved profiles

Your registered account and saved profile details are not subject to the 90-day generated-reading retention period. They are retained while you keep the account or profile so that you can return to the service without recreating those details.

A saved profile may describe you or someone else. For a third-party profile, Tuisma asks for only a name, birth date, optional birth time, optional birth place, and reading presentation preference. Tuisma does not ask for or store the third party's email address or phone number in that profile.

Only provide another person's profile details when you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so. Providing those details for a requested reading does not give Tuisma permission to share that person's profile or reading on social media or elsewhere.

You can export your customer data and you can delete your account through the account controls. Account deletion removes customer-owned profile and reading content, including third-party profiles and readings saved in that account, and anonymises retained operational records where the service must keep a limited record.

Automated reading generation and AI

Tuisma uses automated generation, which may include AI language models, to prepare personalised reading text. Readings are generated automatically rather than written by a human adviser.

Generation providers receive only the information needed to perform the reading-generation service.

Generated readings and PDFs

Tuisma keeps each successfully generated reading and its stored PDF for 90 days from generation so that you have a meaningful period to revisit and download the reading you purchased.

The same generated-reading retention period applies whether the selected saved profile describes you or someone else.

After 90 days, Tuisma automatically deletes the generated reading content and stored PDF from its service. This does not delete your registered account or saved profile.

You can permanently delete an individual stored reading from your Tuisma account before the 90-day period ends.

Deleting a stored reading from Tuisma does not remove copies that you have already downloaded to your device or received in your email account.

Transaction, credit, and operational records

Limited purchase, payment, credit, email-delivery, security, and service records may be retained for longer where they remain necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, support, or operational purposes.

Those longer-lived records are kept separate from the 90-day generated-reading content lifecycle and are minimised or anonymised where appropriate.

Cookies, consent, and analytics

Tuisma uses essential cookies for customer and operator sessions and for cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection. These cookies support authentication and security and remain available whether or not you accept optional Analytics cookies.

Tuisma uses CookieYes to present cookie choices, remember consent preferences, and maintain external consent-log evidence. CookieYes may use necessary consent-management storage for those purposes.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is optional. Tuisma does not load the Google Analytics tag until you affirmatively accept the Analytics category in CookieYes. If enabled, GA4 may use Analytics cookies and receive technical, device, and interaction information used to understand use of the service.

Tuisma does not use the W05 analytics integration for Google Ads, advertising personalisation, remarketing, or conversion advertising.

You can reopen Cookie settings from the Tuisma footer to change or withdraw your Analytics choice. Rejecting or withdrawing Analytics does not disable the essential Tuisma service. Withdrawal stops future Tuisma GA4 collection from that browser session; it does not automatically erase analytics information already collected before withdrawal.

Data protection framework

Tuisma is operated from Switzerland and is designed to handle personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additional mandatory local data-protection rights may apply depending on where you are located.

Acceptance of Tuisma terms or acknowledgement of this Privacy Notice is not treated as blanket consent to every use of personal data. Processing is tied to the purpose for which the data is needed and the applicable legal basis.

Email and delivery

For both self-profile and third-party-profile readings, delivery is restricted to the verified customer account email. Tuisma does not send a reading to the third party named in a saved profile.
