These terms explain the basic rules for using Tuisma.

Entertainment-only service

Tuisma provides horoscope readings for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight only.

Readings are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or professional advice.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate contact details and only request readings for lawful, appropriate, reflective purposes.

You may create a saved horoscope profile for yourself or for someone else when you have a lawful and appropriate reason to provide the limited profile details needed for that reading. Do not misuse another person's personal data.

A third-party profile does not create a Tuisma account for that person. Tuisma does not ask for or send the reading to that person's email address; delivery remains with the verified customer account.

Customers should not use Tuisma for crisis support, urgent decisions, professional advice, or guaranteed predictions.

Accounts and credits

Customer accounts may hold horoscope reading credits. A credit can be used to complete one eligible horoscope reading.

Credits, purchases, and generated readings are handled according to the checkout and refund policy shown at the time of purchase.
